Trusted advisers: strategy leadership, culture

Balance Partners is the trusted adviser for leaders navigating complexity.

We founded Balance Partners to bring our best selves to meaningful work with valued clients. As trusted advisors, we collaborate with senior leaders to solve critical problems and build in-house capabilities.

Larger consulting firms have their place, but in our case we aim to be distinctive as trusted advisers with a small footprint. We do our best work when we work closely with the C-Suite (or equivalent) as trusted advisers, including supporting Board engagements.

Trusted advisers: strategy leadership, culture

Strategy

We help organisations solve problems and develop a strategy to implement the solutions, with a roadmap for implementation. In doing this, we invest in deep analysis of the problem itself, then a structured process to frame and address the issues involved, research best-practice, then generate and evaluate options and how these integrate with the organisation’s particular circumstances.

Leadership

We develop high-impact leaders through executive coaching, top-team alignment, and working with clients to create bespoke leadership models. Our focus is on sustainable behavioural change, founded on neuroscience-based personal growth programs.

Culture

Culture really matters – it is what drives behaviour on a daily basis, and it deeply impacts on people’s lived experience. We know that culture change is far from easy, and that it must be a sustained effort, working across multiple levers of influence.
